Returns and Refunds

We want every HandyNest order to feel clear and fair. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty or not as expected, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos when relevant. We will review your request and help with the most suitable next step, which may include a replacement, exchange, return instructions or refund where eligible.

Items should be unused, in their original condition and with original packaging where possible, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety or customisation reasons. Final eligibility depends on the product condition, the reason for return and applicable consumer protection rules.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the request is approved and, where required, the item has been received or inspected.
